Owners Description
Our superbly designed single storey luxury villa is situated on the prestigious development of INDIAN CREEK. Although only minutes from the holiday centre of the world, the villa offers luxurious & comfortable accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood backing onto a wooded conservation area. This gives you a sense of freedom that a hotel could never offer.
The minute you walk into the ceramic tiled entrance hall the feeling of space and light gives the villa that “WOW” factor
To your left is the 5th bedroom with a queen size bed. The guest bathroom, with full bath/shower is off the hall, also on the left.
Next you come into the spacious open plan lounge/dining area, with modern vaulted ceiling and 3 large roof lights, extra large patio doors opening out onto the covered patio area (lanai), with arched feature window above. The living area has a 50” TV, DVD player, cable TV with a wide choice of channels, A selection of DVD’s and books.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast nook with table and 6 chairs and breakfast bar with stools.
A ceramic top cooker,dishwasher, microwave and enormous fridge/freezer with ice and chilled filtered drinking water dispenser. Hopefully everything you will need to cater for all the family. Try the local supermarkets for excellent choices of food to dine the American way.
There is also a formal dining area.
The first master suite has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with ceramic tiled floor, full size bath, deluxe shower cubicle, wc, twin wash basins, walk in closet and a door leading out to the pool area.
The second master suite also has a king size bed, TV,ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with full size bath/shower, wc and hand basin, also with a door leading out to the pool area.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are Disney themed twin rooms with a shared bathroom comprising full bath/shower, wc and hand basin. There is a sliding door from the dining area to make the hallway between these rooms private.
The patio doors lead out to the covered lanai within the screened pool area. There is a large dining table and comfortable chairs for long lazy evenings, in the warmth of the Florida night air. Ceiling fan and lighting. The net screen covering the pool area prevents you being troubled by insects.
Naturally the main feature of all vacation homes in Florida is the swimming pool/spa. There is no better end to a busy day’s sightseeing than to return to your very own luxury villa and take a dip in the extra large private heated pool (36ft x 15 ft ). Following your dip, stretch out on the extensive patio with a refreshing cool drink, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and plan your next hectic day, or have a lazy pool day and soak up the afternoon sun on the loungers on the south west facing sun deck.
The pool area has the required safety pool guard fence to protect our younger guests.
The games room has a pool table, table football Playstation 2 and TV, free standing fan.

We recommend that you use sun cream at all times when within the screened pool area, the lanai is shaded from the direct sun
